“The Future” chooses FCS Chrome Systems
The Renault Symbioz concept was revealed at the Frankfurt Motor Show on the 12th of September 2017.
What Renault calls a “fusion of vehicle and living space” is a self-driving electric car, and creates an unprecedented user experience with its multi-use cabin design, materials and colours.
We collaborated with Renault Colour and Materials Designers to create a distinctive exterior colour for this model. We are extremely proud that our 3 Coat Chrome Effect Technology beautifies this stunning concept, showcasing FCS’ design and development capabilities on an international level.
Use of FCS 3 Coat Chrome System on the Symbioz concept demonstrates the confidence that major OEMs have in our technologies, and we continue to work with them on exciting new colour and effect developments for future vehicle programs.
Highly reflective FCS 3 Coat Chrome Effect Coating Technology provides a cost-effective alternative to the environmental problems associated with the use of Cr6 within the automotive sector. The technology is widely used on a number of interior and exterior automotive trim components, and we continue to maintain our market leadership in this segment.
