Fujichem Sonneborn wins BCF Excellence in Training Award
Fujichem Sonneborn (FCS) is proud to announce its recent achievement as the winner of the 2017 British Coatings Federation (BCF) Excellence in Training Award.
The winners, across eight categories, were announced on the 23rd of November at the annual BCF Awards ceremony in Cheshire.
For the last few years, FCS has been working on restructuring its training and development initiatives to create a solid link between company objectives and the desired outcome of each training activity. Today, we are extremely grateful that our systematic approach to employee development has been recognised with such a prestigious award by the largest representative body of the coatings manufacturing industry in the UK.
We also received recognition as “Highly Commended” in the Customer Services Award category as a result of our diligent efforts to improve the overall customer experience through our highly trained customer service team, updated order processing software, a new barcoding system, on time deliveries and effective on-site customer support.
