Jaxallure Basecoats

High in Solids (>90%), low in VOC and sprayable at ambient conditions, Jaxallure Basecoats offer exceptional adhesion over a variety of substrates, including flame treated polypropylene (PP), facilitating a seamless laydown for the metallised layer prior to over-coating.

Formulated to suit the necessities of fast paced production environments, Jaxallure Basecoats do not require Infra-red or Thermal heated flash off, allowing manufacturers to increase their line speeds without compromising on the basecoat levelling characteristics.

Jaxallure Topcoats

Jaxallure High Solids Topcoats (>90%) accentuate the reflective qualities of the metallised parts, and ensure strong adhesion and protection over the preceding layers.

Sprayable at ambient conditions, Jaxallure Topcoats eliminate the need for a heated flash-off prior to UV curing, rapidly creating an optically smooth and structurally intact film over the metallised layer. This in return helps manufacturers use less time and energy to process vacuum metallised parts.
