Fujichem Sonneborn (FCS) was founded in 1899 as a producer of French Polish for the piano industry, and has become a globally recognised manufacturer of coatings, primarily for plastics and wood.
The success of FCS over the years is attributable to the dedication of our staff and their ability to listen and respond to our customers, developing bespoke solutions that meet and surpass the engineering specifications and environmental requirements of our challenging industry.
Our Operations
& Global Presence
Operating from the UK, we manufacture and export Thermal, UV, PVD and Dual Cure coating technologies to fulfil specific market needs in over 30 countries. Our products are used in the automotive, cosmetics packaging, kitchen and furniture markets.
With a first-class Research and Development Centre in Essex and with manufacturing facilities in Derbyshire, we also have service and distribution facilities in France and Germany.
We are a member of the Fujikura Kasei Global Network (FGN) of companies, working closely with our partners Fujikura Kasei (Japan) and Red Spot (USA) to support global business need.
