The job holder will take ownership of the full application process from substrate cleaning and spray setup to controlled film build and curing, ensuring applied panels meet the expected criteria. As the first point of quality assessment, the job holder will carry out initial visual and physical checks on all coated panels, identifying any defects or inconsistencies before passing them on to Colour Lab, R&D or Technical Service colleagues for further evaluation.

We are looking for a motivated individual with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine enthusiasm for the role. Our priority is to find someone with the right mindset and approach who is willing to learn and develop within the role.
